About This Access Site
Kickapoo Marina offers a well-maintained two-lane boat ramp on Lake Livingston's Trinity River arm, accessible from US 190 east of Onalaska at the Kickapoo Creek Bridge. The facility includes a courtesy dock, ample parking, restrooms, fish cleaning stations, and a weigh station—making it a complete launch site for kayakers, canoeists, and larger watercraft. A $5 launch fee applies. Note that fuel and live bait are not available on-site; plan accordingly if needed.

Lake Livingston is a large reservoir ideal for recreational paddling, offering calm waters protected from significant current or gradient. The marina's full amenities and multiple launch options (six public ramps exist around the lake) make this a reliable choice for day trips and weekend outings.
