Sullivans Landing offers both a soft launch and boat ramp for paddlers and boaters accessing Kingston Lake in Alger County's Upper Peninsula. The site features a large gravel parking area accommodating multiple vehicles and trailers. The ramp is conveniently located at the campground entrance, making it easy to find and access.

Kingston Lake operates under no-wake rules, making it ideal for kayakers and canoeists. The site offers immediate access to scenic paddling, including a beautiful marsh creek located just downriver (to the right) from the landing—perfect for exploring. The lake is known for fishing opportunities including muskie, bluegill, and bass species. Paddlers visiting the area should note the proximity to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, which features dramatic sandstone cliffs, waterfalls, and pristine shoreline for extended paddling adventures.
