Lake Superior, Knife River Marina and Harbor Stat*

Knife River Marina offers public access to Lake Superior via a roll-in ramp dock with adjacent fuel dock. The basin maintains a minimum 8-foot depth at entry with 5-foot depths at the dock and ramp ends, making it suitable for various watercraft. The facility includes paved and gravel parking for 25 vehicles and trailers (follow directional signs), portable restrooms, and diesel and premium gas fueling. As a full-service marina, it also provides seasonal and transient slips, pump-out services, haul-out and repair facilities, and winter storage.

Located in Brimson near the North Shore, Knife River serves as one of Lake County's primary launch points for exploring Lake Superior's expansive waters. The site features additional amenities including an interpretive kiosk, accessible pedestrian tunnel under the highway, and accessible shore fishing and breakwater viewing areas.
