Lake Altoona County Park

Lake Altoona County Park offers a well-developed public boat launch for paddlers and boaters accessing the 720-acre Lake Altoona in Eau Claire County. The ramp provides convenient water access along with extensive amenities including flush toilets, drinking water, a clothes changing building, and picnic facilities. A large clubhouse with kitchen and reserveable picnic shelter are available for group use. Lake Altoona has a maximum depth of 25 feet and low water clarity. The lake supports fishing for Musky, Panfish, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye.
