Lake Cisco

**Sandy Creek Public Boat Ramp** provides two-lane access to Lake Cisco in Eastland County. The ramp accommodates all boat types and includes restrooms, handicap accessibility, and parking. A fee is required to launch. Lake Cisco Rentals is located at the site and offers bait, tackle, licenses, and basic supplies for anglers and boaters.

**Important Note on Water Levels:** This ramp becomes unusable during low water periods, which occur frequently at Lake Cisco. Before making the trip, check current water levels—many paddlers report the ramp may not be accessible when the lake is low. The steep-sided reservoir creates good conditions for windy-weather fishing and offers varied scenery with willow trees along the north arm and Sandy Creek channel, plus rocky bluffs and numerous submerged brush and timber. Expect narrow upper creek channels that may have limited clearance depending on water conditions.
