Lake Denton Public Boat Ramp

Located at 800 Lake Denton Access Road in Avon Park, this public boat ramp provides access to Lake Denton, a 66-acre spring-fed lake in Highlands County between Avon Park and Sebring. The lake reaches depths of up to 51 feet, making it suitable for various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. This is the primary public access point for the lake, though the facility does not include public swimming areas.
