Lake Easton State Park offers a single boat ramp and 20 feet of dock on Lake Easton in Kittitas County, making it a straightforward access point for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats. The ramp accommodates both motorized and non-motorized craft, though a 10 horsepower motor limit is enforced. Be aware that submerged stumps pose a hazard, so exercise caution when launching or operating motorized boats. The facility includes parking, restrooms, water, and fire pits; note that vehicles over 20 feet must use the designated boat launch parking area.
**Winter Access:** From December 1 through March 31, Lake Easton transitions to a Sno-Park requiring Sno-Park permits rather than standard Discover Passes. Check the Lake Easton Sno-Park page for winter recreation details if planning an off-season visit.
The area offers additional paddling opportunities nearby, including the Yakima River access near the Easton Diversion Dam and Keechelus Lake further upstream. Red Mountain Campground and the reservable WISH POOSH Campground are within 10 miles for multi-day trips.
