Lake Goodwin

Located in Stanwood near Marysville in Snohomish County, Lake Goodwin offers public boat access through Wenberg County Park on the east shore, which features a concrete boat ramp, parking, and a fishing pier. This is a primary launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to access the lake. Additional access is available at Lake Goodwin Community Park on the north shore, which also has boat ramps and amenities including picnic areas and playground facilities.

Lake Goodwin is a moderate-sized recreational lake with a 2,474-acre watershed, making it suitable for paddling and small boating. The lake supports various fish species including Largemouth Bass, Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and Brown Bullhead Catfish, attracting anglers as well as recreational paddlers. With two public access points on opposite shores, paddlers have flexibility in choosing their launch location based on wind conditions and intended paddling routes.
