Lake Goodwin Park

Lake Goodwin Park offers public boat access on the north shore of Lake Goodwin, located about seven miles northwest of Marysville near Stanwood. The site features a concrete boat ramp, parking facilities, and picnic areas, making it a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. As one of only two publicly-owned parks with direct lake access in Snohomish County's Seven Lakes area, it's a valuable resource for water recreation in the region.

Lake Goodwin is a 2,474-acre watershed with a moderate level of development (30% developed land), offering a variety of recreational opportunities. The lake supports fishing for multiple species including bass, panfish, and catfish. The park provides amenities beyond water access, including picnic tables and barbecue grills, making it suitable for day trips or longer outings. Paddlers should note that alternative public access is also available at Wenberg County Park on the lake's east shore if conditions or preferences warrant exploring multiple launch options.
