About This Access Site
Lake Mary is a popular destination for paddlers, boaters, and anglers in the Mammoth Lakes region of California. The lake's boat ramp provides easy access for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats.

The Lake Mary Campground, located adjacent to the boat ramp, offers amenities like restrooms, picnic areas, and a general store. This makes it a convenient base camp for water-based activities. The lake is stocked regularly with trout, making it a prime spot for fishing. Hikers and sightseers can also enjoy the scenic views and nearby trails, including the popular Waterline Trail.

Visitors should be aware that a pass is required to use the boat ramp and surrounding recreation areas. The America the Beautiful Interagency Pass or a Red Rock Pass can be used, or a day-use pass can be purchased from on-site automated fee machines. Swimming is prohibited within 50 feet of the boat ramp for safety reasons.
