About This Access Site
Located on the east shore of Lake Pat Cleburne near Cleburne, this boat ramp provides convenient access to a 1,558-acre impoundment on the Nolan River. To reach the ramp, take FM 1718 southwest from Cleburne off US 67. This is one of four public boat ramps around the lake, making it a popular launching point for paddlers and boaters in the Johnson County area.

Lake Pat Cleburne offers good conditions for recreational paddling and boating, with a maximum depth of 64 feet providing plenty of water year-round. The lake serves as Cleburne's primary water source and is surrounded by parks and recreational facilities. Paddlers should note that this is a reservoir environment—expect relatively calm, flatwater conditions suitable for kayaks, canoes, and recreational boats. The area offers a tranquil setting for paddling, fishing, and other water-based activities.
