Located on the west shore of Lake Welsh at mid-lake, this public boat ramp is situated on Swauano Creek approximately 10 miles southeast of Mount Pleasant in Titus County. From Pittsburg, take Texas 11 east for 7.6 miles to FM 1735, then turn north for 2.5 miles and follow the public boat ramp signs to the access point.

The site features a single-lane concrete boat ramp with free parking, operated year-round by American Electric Power. Lake Welsh is a 1,269-acre impoundment with a maximum depth of 50 feet, offering paddlers and boaters good water conditions.
