Lake William C. Bowen Access Site 2 provides boat ramp access to this 1,534-acre reservoir on the South Pacolet River in Spartanburg County. The site is located near SC Highway 9 and is part of Anchor Park, a recreation area managed by Spartanburg Water. Multiple boat ramps are available at this location, making it convenient for launching kayaks, canoes, and larger motorboats.
