Launch 1 Hudson Lake

**Location & Access:** Launch 1 Hudson Lake is a public boat ramp providing access to Hudson Lake on the Neosho River, located west of Salina in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The ramp was rebuilt in 1999 and is well-maintained for launching various watercraft. The lake features 143+ miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 65 feet, offering good conditions for kayaking, canoeing, and motorboating. The Grand River Dam Authority manages the facility and public access points.

**Practical Information for Paddlers:** This is an established ramp suitable for launching kayaks and canoes onto a substantial reservoir. With a surface area of over 11,000 acres, Hudson Lake provides plenty of water for paddling exploration. Multiple other public access points exist around the lake, including spots on the north end near Kerr Dam, Ray's Cove near Strang, and the Horseshoe area, giving paddlers flexibility for different routes.
