**Location & Access:** Lees Mills is located at the end of Lee's Mill Road in Moultonborough, Carroll County. From Moultonborough Center, proceed 0.4 miles south on Route 25, turn left onto Blake Road, then right onto Lee's Mill Road and follow it to the end. There is no launch fee.
**Facilities & Parking:** This is a basic access point with a boat ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small boats. **Important note:** No boat trailer parking is permitted at the facility itself. Trailers must be parked at the nearby Moultonborough Neck Fire Station. There are no docks or lifeguards on duty at this location.
**About Lake Winnipesaukee:** As New Hampshire's largest lake, Winnipesaukee offers extensive paddling opportunities for all skill levels, with numerous coves, islands, and connected waters including access to nearby Squam Lake and other regional lakes. The White Mountain National Forest is nearby for additional outdoor recreation. This access point is ideal for launching day trips on New England's premier lake system.
