Leverich Road

Leverich Road provides boat launch access to Lake Texoma in Marshall County, Oklahoma, part of the Little Mineral Resort recreation area. This ramp serves as a convenient entry point to the 12th largest U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters of all types. The facility is non-reservable and open to day-use access.

Lake Texoma itself is a massive impoundment on the Red River system—one of North America's major waterways with a drainage area of over 84,000 square miles. Paddlers should be aware that the Red River averages significant flow (over 68,000 cubic feet per second) with moderate current. Those planning to paddle beyond the lake into downstream sections of the Red River should expect swift water movement and plan accordingly.
