Liberty Lake

Liberty Lake's primary boat launch provides convenient access to this popular Spokane County water body from March through October. The facility features a maintained boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats, along with one accessible fishing platform. Paddlers should note that this is the only direct water access point at the launch site—there is no designated swimming area, though Liberty Lake Park nearby offers beach access.

The access area includes practical amenities for day-use visitors: a single parking lot with ADA-accessible parking, ADA-compliant restrooms, and a fishing platform. Please be aware that the facility has undergone recent renovations to improve the ramp, parking area, and facilities. Hand launches are not available, so all watercraft must use the boat ramp. The site is day-use only with no camping permitted, making it ideal for paddlers planning shorter excursions on Liberty Lake.
