Lighthouse Marine Park (Point Roberts)

Lighthouse Marine Park is the primary public boat access point to Georgia Strait, located at the southwestern tip of the Point Roberts peninsula near the US/Canada border. The launch features a boat ramp with a large cobble rock approach, picnic tables, and parking facilities. The site is easily identifiable by its navigational lighthouse tower and beacon. This location offers excellent access for kayakers and boaters exploring the Georgia Strait and surrounding waters. The area is known for marine wildlife viewing, including occasional orca sightings (Killer Whale Pod J), as well as other boat traffic including fishing vessels and BC Ferries. The rocky shoreline provides scenic views across the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
