The Lime Lake (South) boat ramp is located on the southwest shore of Lime Lake in Avoca, Murray County, Minnesota. This developed access site features a boat launch dock, making it convenient for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. The ramp is free to use and suitable for boats up to 12-18 feet in length.

Lime Lake is a 326-acre lake with a maximum depth of 7 feet, making it ideal for recreational paddling and fishing. The shallow depth and quiet character of the lake make it accessible for paddlers of all skill levels. The area offers good fishing opportunities for northern pike, pan fish, and bullhead, and there's a nearby small campground with picnic facilities if you're planning an extended visit. This is a first-come, first-served access point with no reservations required.
