Located in Albert City, Pocahontas County, Little Clear Lake offers a public boat ramp and dock for convenient water access. The site is situated adjacent to a 187-acre shallow-bottom lake, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters of all skill levels. The access area includes parking facilities and a courtesy dock to assist with launching and landing.
The lake provides a good paddling environment for beginners and casual paddlers. Note that vessels are not permitted on the lake after 10:30 p.m., and parking is available only in specially marked lots. The site is part of a larger park area with a 7-site campground, making it convenient for overnight paddling trips. Fishing from vessels is not permitted; anglers must fish from designated bank areas only.
