About This Access Site
Little Cultus Lake Campground offers a paved boat ramp for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats on Little Cultus Lake, located just south of Cultus Lake in Oregon's Cascade Mountains. The campground is a full-service facility with reservable campsites, picnic areas, and outhouses. Access from Bend requires approximately 46 miles southwest on the Cascade Lakes Highway (OR-46), followed by several miles on Forest Service roads.

The lake features a gentle sloping bottom ideal for wading and paddling, with a 10 mph speed limit in effect. Both motorized and non-motorized watercraft are permitted. Note that the water system operates seasonally from May through September depending on weather conditions. Nearby hiking provides access to the Three Sisters Wilderness, and several boat-in campgrounds on neighboring Cultus Lake offer additional recreation options.
