Located on the southeast shore of Little Green Lake in Chisago City, this public boat ramp offers convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters. The facility includes restrooms, picnic tables, a dock, and an ADA-accessible fishing pier. To reach the launch, take Highway 8 to Chisago City, then head south on County Road 24 (Old Towne Road), west on Lincoln Street, and south on Green Lake Avenue.

A notable feature of this access point is its proximity to downtown Chisago City—paddlers can dock their boats and walk to local restaurants and shops. The site also provides access to both Little Green Lake and Big Green Lake, with an additional boat dock located at West Street and Stinson Avenue for extended exploration.
