Little Sand Lake

**Location & Facilities**
The public boat access for Little Sand Lake is located on the east side of the lake on Glacier Drive in Remer, Cass County. The Minnesota DNR-maintained access features a concrete ramp and dock sections, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats.

**Lake Characteristics**
Little Sand Lake is a 409-acre lake with a maximum depth of 12 feet, making it a relatively shallow water body. The lake is popular for boating, fishing, camping, and swimming. Nearby camping is available at Mabel Lake Campground on a reservation or first-come, first-serve basis (reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance, though same-day reservations are not available).
