Lock #2 Recreation Area is located in Wrightsville, York County, at the southern end of Long Level along the Susquehanna River. The site features both upper and lower boat ramps, providing convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boats. The ramps are situated just south of the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper's office.

This is a scenic access point on the 53-mile Susquehanna River Water Trail (Lower Section).
