Loggy Bayou WMA

**Overview & Access**
Loggy Bayou WMA offers an improved boat ramp located on the southern portion of the management area in Bossier Parish. This access point provides entry to Loggy Bayou, a scenic waterway surrounded by alluvial floodplain and bottomland hardwood forest. The site is managed jointly by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisiana Office of State Lands, and the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

Paddlers and boaters can expect a flat, flood-prone landscape typical of Louisiana's bottomland bayou system. The waterway supports popular fishing for catfish, gar, and buffalo, making it attractive to both anglers and recreational paddlers.
