About This Access Site
Lost Rapids Park offers boat access to Pine Creek Lake on the Little River in southeastern Oklahoma, located on the eastern shores of the 3,750-acre reservoir. The facility provides a boat ramp along with modern amenities including flush toilets, drinking water, and a playground. The park is pet-friendly and offers both individual campsites and group camping options, making it convenient for paddlers who want to combine water recreation with overnight stays. To reach the park from Broken Bow, take Highway 3 west for 22 miles to the park entrance, then turn south and follow the access road.

The Little River feeding Pine Creek Lake is a substantial waterway classified as a large river (Stream Order 7) with an average flow of approximately 6,574 cubic feet per second and an average gradient of 16.2 feet per mile. The lake itself features 74 miles of shoreline, providing excellent opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and boating. The area is popular for fishing—look for crappie, white bass, largemouth bass, channel catfish, and sunfish—as well as birding and wildlife photography.
