Loutre Lick Access

**Location & Facilities:** Loutre Lick Access provides a convenient concrete boat ramp on the Loutre River near Mineola in Montgomery County, Missouri. The ramp is located at the south end of the park and offers free public access for boating, paddling, and fishing. The site features a paved concrete ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. There are no launch fees.

**Hours & Access:** The general park area is open 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, though boating and fishing activities are permitted 24 hours a day where allowed. This makes it a flexible option for early morning or evening paddling trips. The access point was developed specifically to provide wade-fishing and boating opportunities on the Loutre River.
