About This Access Site
Lovewell Marina offers a well-developed boat ramp facility on the west end of Lovewell Reservoir in Webber, Jewell County. The access features a double-lane concrete ramp with a courtesy dock, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and larger motorboats. On-site amenities include primitive camping spots, picnic tables, vault toilets, and an information center. A marina shop offers dock rentals, fishing and boating equipment, groceries, and grill orders for convenient access to supplies.

White Rock Creek is a medium-sized stream (Stream Order 5) with moderate flow averaging 40 cubic feet per second and a gradient of 5.4 feet per mile. The creek drops over 500 feet across its 96-mile length, creating moving water conditions typical of a headwater stream. Water conditions can vary seasonally, so check current reservoir levels before launching. As of late November 2025, Lovewell Reservoir was operating slightly below conservation pool level, with all boat ramps remaining usable. The access road borders Montana Creek's east side and provides ample parking for vehicle and trailer access.
