Lower Salmon Falls Park offers free day-use access to the Snake River's Lower Salmon Falls Reservoir near Hagerman. The facility includes a boat ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats, along with parking and viewpoints overlooking the river and dam. Idaho Power manages this site and keeps it open year-round. To reach the access, take US Highway 93 south from Twin Falls toward Rogerson, then head west on Jarbidge/Three Creek Road for approximately 7.5 miles to the dam area; the boat ramp is located beyond the campground.
