Lussier County Park in Sauk City provides direct public access to Fish Lake via a well-maintained boat launch facility. The park encompasses over 220 acres with approximately 4,000 feet of shoreline, offering ample space for water recreation. The boat ramp features 13 trailer stalls and 8 car parking spaces, with dedicated ADA accessible parking and an accessible path to the boat ramp pier, making it convenient for all users.
Fish Lake is approximately 200 acres in size with a maximum depth of 62 feet, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and motorized boating. The lake supports populations of Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, and Panfish, drawing anglers as well as paddlers. Beyond water activities, the park includes hiking trails and is popular for shore fishing and wildlife observation, making it a well-rounded destination for outdoor recreation.
To reach the access site from Sauk City, take USH 12, then north on County Highway KP, right on County Highway Y, left on Mack Road, and right on Fish Lake Road to the park entrance.
