Lynn Creek Park #1 provides excellent public boat access to Joe Pool Lake, a 7,400-acre impoundment in the southern Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Located on the northwest corner of the lake off Lake Ridge Parkway in Grand Prairie, this 785-acre day-use facility features two boat ramps with eight total lanes, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and larger watercraft. The ramp is well-maintained with convenient parking for vehicle and trailer combinations arranged on a circular drive.
