About This Access Site
The Main Marina at Nockamixon State Park offers the largest boat launch facility in the park, making it an excellent access point for paddlers and motorized boaters heading onto Lake Nockamixon or Tohickon Creek. The marina features extensive docking facilities accommodating boats up to 24 feet, along with dry storage options. This is a popular launching spot for sailboats, windsurfing enthusiasts, and larger vessels. Launching facilities are available 24 hours a day.

For kayakers and canoeists seeking a quieter paddling experience, note that Three Mile Run and Haycock launch facilities are specifically favored for small watercraft and kayaks if you prefer an alternative access point. Motorboats on the lake are limited to 20 hp maximum. The marina offers short-term slip rentals as available, though seasonal space is in high demand—contact the park office for current rates and availability. The 1,450-acre Lake Nockamixon provides excellent recreational paddling opportunities in a scenic setting within Nockamixon State Park.
