Mancos State Park

The Mancos State Park boat ramp provides easy access to the 217-acre Jackson Gulch Reservoir. The concrete ramp is in excellent condition and can accommodate a wide range of watercraft, from kayaks and canoes to larger motorized boats. A courtesy dock is available during the summer when water levels allow.

Boating on the reservoir is restricted to wakeless speeds, making it well-suited for paddlers and small craft. The boat ramp is open seasonally, typically closing in mid-October when the lake begins to freeze over. The park is located about 1/4 mile north of Mancos on County Road 42, providing easy access from the nearby town.
