**Location & Access**
Manns Harbor is a public boat ramp located in mainland Dare County on the western side of the old Manns Harbor Bridge, accessed via Old Ferry Dock Road. From the intersection of U.S. 64 and Harbor Drive in Manns Harbor, the ramp entrance is approximately ½ mile east on US 64. The facility offers 75 trailer parking spaces and is maintained by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission.
**Facilities & Conditions**
This shared-use ramp is well-suited for kayaks, canoes, and small skiffs launching onto Croatan Sound. The facility includes three launching lanes and docking infrastructure. The NCWRC maintains regular dredging to ensure continued water access to the sound. Note that parking is somewhat limited relative to the lot size, so arriving early during peak seasons is advisable.
