About This Access Site
Marine Creek Lake is a 250-acre no-wake lake located in Fort Worth, offering ideal conditions for kayakers, canoeists, and other paddle sports enthusiasts. The lake features two free, year-round public boat ramps with ample parking and amenities. The primary east-side access point includes a fully-loaded trailhead with a dedicated dock for canoes and kayaks, trailer parking, restrooms, misters, and water fountains—making it particularly convenient for paddlers.

The calm, no-wake environment and extensive shoreline lined with native emergent vegetation make Marine Creek Lake accessible for paddlers of all skill levels. The lake supports fishing, swimming, rowing, sailing, and various water sports. In addition to water access, the site offers more than six miles of paved trails around the lake loop, providing opportunities for pre- or post-paddle activities. The west-side ramp (off Ten Mile Bridge Rd near Boat Club Rd/FM 1220) features a 4-lane paved launch area with trailer parking for approximately 25 vehicles, while the southeast ramp (off IH-820 Access Rd) provides additional convenient access.
