About This Access Site
Martha Lake is a 59-acre freshwater lake located in Lynnwood, about 2 miles northeast of Alderwood Manor in south Snohomish County. The WDFW-managed public access point on the southeast corner provides a boat ramp, parking, and restroom facilities, making it a convenient launch spot for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats. ADA-accessible parking and dock facilities are available. Note that vehicle access is closed from October 1 through the fourth Friday in April.

For directions, take the 172nd Street NE exit from I-5 and head west approximately 6 miles on Lakewood Drive to 84th Avenue NW; the access point is 0.5 miles on the right. Martha Lake Park, operated by Snohomish County Parks, is also nearby and offers additional parking, restrooms, two fishing piers, and picnic areas. The lake is popular for recreational fishing and paddling in a sheltered, manageable water body suitable for paddlers of various skill levels.
