Located in Tyler County near the Big Thicket region, this access point provides boat ramp facilities on B.A. Steinhagen Lake, a 22,745-acre reservoir on the Neches River. The Cherokee Unit offers multiple launch ramps suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats, with dedicated parking for boat trailers and camping options nearby.
