McGregor Boat Ramp provides public access to the Mississippi River in McGregor, Clayton County, Iowa. This launch point on the major river offers paddlers and boaters access to Pool 9 of the Upper Mississippi River, a scenic section flowing between Genoa, Wisconsin and Lynxville, Wisconsin.
