About This Access Site
Menominee Park offers a public boat launch on the north shore of Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh, providing convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The facility features a paved boat ramp and parking area accommodating five car/trailer units, making it suitable for day trips and recreational outings on Wisconsin's largest inland lake.

Lake Winnebago is a shallow, expansive lake covering over 137,000 acres, making it an excellent destination for a variety of water activities including fishing, paddling, and cruising. The relatively calm conditions on much of the lake make it accessible for paddlers of varying skill levels, though conditions can vary significantly based on weather and wind. This north-shore location provides good access to explore the lake's northern waters and is well-positioned for both day paddlers and anglers.
