Miami Access

**Location & Access:** Miami Access is located in Saline County, Missouri, approximately 13 miles north of Marshall. From Highway 41, turn west on Mechanic Street (0.4 mile before the river), then north on Main Street to reach the ramp. The access point is situated just downstream of the Middle River confluence.

**Ramp Conditions & Use:** This is a day-use-only facility with a rough access suitable for canoeists and kayakers, though conditions may be challenging depending on water levels. The ramp points slightly downstream, which can be helpful for launching. Given the Missouri River's substantial character—a major river system with average flows exceeding 121,000 cubic feet per second and average velocities around 7.4 feet per second—paddlers should be experienced with large river conditions and prepared for swift current.
