Mica Bay

Mica Bay Boater Park is a unique boat-in campground located 7 miles south of Coeur d'Alene on the scenic waters of Coeur d'Alene Lake. This site offers 16 tent camping units, two mooring docks, and day-use amenities including a swimming beach, picnic areas, and a group picnic shelter. The facility operates on a first-come, first-serve, self-pay basis with nightly fees of $20 per campsite or mooring dock and $80 for the group shelter reservation. Amenities include vault toilets, drinking water, and playground equipment.

**Access & Logistics:** Primary access is exclusively by boat from Lake Coeur d'Alene. There is no public vehicle access to the site, though visitors can walk in a short distance via a gated service road. The Coeur d'Alene Lake area offers outstanding paddling opportunities on one of the world's most beautiful lakes, with multiple nearby boat launches available (Booth's Park, Carlin Bay, and others managed by Kootenai County).
