About This Access Site
Mill Creek Landing is a multi-lane boat ramp located in the southeast corner of Wright Patman Lake near the Sulphur River channel in Cass County. This access point features a gravel ramp with gravel parking and is easily accessible off Road 3555. The landing provides convenient access to the expansive 30,000-acre Wright Patman Lake, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters.

The surrounding area offers a scenic piney woods setting typical of northeast Texas, with nearby camping options including Malden Lake Campground (approximately 10 miles away) for those planning extended trips. As part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Wright Patman Lake recreation area, the landing is open to the public. Paddlers should note the gravel surface and plan accordingly for launching and landing operations.
