About This Access Site
**Important:** There is no public boat launch at Moraine Lake. This is a carry-in access site only—you'll need to transport your kayak or canoe from the public parking lot to the water. Canoe rentals are available seasonally (mid-June through mid-September) if you need equipment.

**Nearby Camping:** Moosehead Lake Camp is located near this access point and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made on-site, with the option to use the Recreation.gov mobile app's Scan and Pay feature if available.
