Located in Drakesboro near Muhlenberg County, the Muck Lake boat ramp provides public access to this 12-acre impoundment within the Peabody Wildlife Management Area. The ramp is suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats looking to explore the scenic lake and its surrounding wetlands and sloughs.

**Practical Information:** Parking is limited to designated areas and maintained roads—do not block gates or access roads. The area is popular with anglers and wildlife viewers, particularly during waterfowl season and the white bass spawning run in early April. Bald eagles nest nearby and use the lake for hunting. Please note that firearms cannot be discharged within 100 yards of the boat ramp. The Peabody Wildlife Management Area consists of multiple tracts accessible via KY-70, KY-369, KY-176, KY-269, and US-62, making this a convenient access point for exploring the broader management area's waterways.
