**Location & Facilities:** Muddy Creek Access is located at River Mile 22.3 on the lower Susquehanna River in Drumore, York County, PA. This Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission launch features a 20-foot-wide concrete ramp with boat docks on both sides, ample parking, and picnic facilities. The site is part of the 53-mile Susquehanna River Water Trail-Lower Section, managed by Susquehanna National Heritage Area.
**Access Requirements & Paddling:** A launch permit is required to use this ramp. The location provides excellent access to the lower Susquehanna, with paddlers commonly heading south along the shoreline to explore the Conowingo Reservoir and downstream sections. This site works well for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters of various skill levels looking to access this major river corridor in southeastern Pennsylvania.
