**Location & Access**
Mulligan Inn Boat Ramp, located on Parish Road in Winnfield (Winn Parish County), provides public access to Saline Lake. This is a designated small craft launch facility ideal for kayaks, canoes, and other lightweight watercraft.

**Conditions & Important Notes**
Saline Lake is managed with periodic water level drawdowns to maintain the reservoir. During drawdown periods, approximately 2,500–3,000 acres of water remain accessible from this ramp, though caution is advised as water levels and conditions may be variable. Small craft can still access the main waterbody, making it suitable for paddlers willing to adapt to changing conditions. The lake remains open to fishing and recreational use year-round. Check current water levels and conditions before launching, as shallow areas and exposed debris may be present during low-water periods.
