Munsel Landing County Park provides public boat access to Munsel Lake, a 110-acre water body located in Florence, Oregon. The site features a county-maintained boat ramp on the southern shore, making it one of the few public entry points to this lake, where much of the surrounding shoreline is privately owned. The landing includes a dock and parking area, offering a straightforward launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats.
The lake is stocked annually with yellow perch, largemouth bass, cutthroat trout, and rainbow trout, making it popular with anglers. Fishing is generally best from spring through fall. The scenic setting provides opportunities for paddling and recreational boating on calm water. Several campgrounds are located within 10 miles of the site, including South Jetty Sand Camping, Tyee Campground, and Horse Creek Campground, making it convenient for those planning a multi-day outing.
