About This Access Site
Nashawannuck Pond in Easthampton offers a dedicated boat ramp facility for non-motorized paddling and boating activities. The access point features a concrete boat ramp and paved parking lot designed specifically for kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats. Located at the end of Water Street, this is a convenient launch point for exploring the pond and its lower basin.

**What to Know Before You Visit:** The pond is exclusively for non-motorized use—no motorized vessels are permitted. The water level is lower than historical levels due to past management, which paddlers should keep in mind. Additional parking is available at the Municipal Parking Lot (50 Payson Ave.) at the intersection of Route 141 and Williston Avenue. The pond is popular for paddling, fishing, and nature observation, and kayak and canoe rentals are available through Valley Paddler, a local outfitter. If you encounter any motorized activity on the pond, report it to the Easthampton Police Department at 413-527-1212.
