Net Lake's public boat ramp is located near Ogema in Becker County, Minnesota, providing convenient access to this 230-acre lake. The ramp can accommodate boats up to 12-18 feet, making it suitable for most recreational kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. No launch fees are required unless the access point is within a park requiring a vehicle permit.

Net Lake reaches a maximum depth of 47 feet, offering a decent-sized water body for paddling and fishing. The scenic Becker County location provides access to excellent nearby paddling and wildlife viewing opportunities, including Hamden Slough National Wildlife Refuge—where eastern forest transitions dramatically to western prairie—and Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, known for its abundance of lakes and importance as a migratory bird breeding ground.
