North Garrison Bay

North Garrison Bay is a public boat access located on the northwest side of Mille Lacs Lake, just off Highway 169 in Garrison, Crow Wing County. The site features a concrete ramp suitable for most boats and kayaks/canoes. However, note that parking is limited, so arrive early during peak times.

**Launch Considerations**
The primary challenge at this site is the access approach—there's a sharp 90-degree backward turn required to reach the ramp, creating a difficult dogleg configuration. This tight maneuver can be tricky for larger boats and trailers, so trailer boat operators should be confident in their backing skills.
